Proyecto Colectivo is entitled to process your data to provide the Services offered on the Website.
The communication of personal data by the User to Proyecto Colectivo is a necessary requirement for the provision of the Services offered on the Website, therefore, the omission of the information will make it impossible for Proyecto Colectivo to provide the Services.

Sus datos de carácter personal recabados por Proyecto Colectivo podrán ser utilizados para las siguientes finalidades, según el consentimiento otorgado en el formulario de registro correspondiente:

Tratamiento de datos con fines estadísticos y de segmentación
Asimismo, le informamos que el Usuario consiente el tratamiento de sus datos para la elaboración de perfiles, así como para la segmentación de sus datos. Veracity and quality of the data provided by users
The User guarantees that the personal data provided is accurate and truthful and is responsible for informing Proyecto Colectivo of any changes thereto.
The User shall be responsible, in all cases, for the veracity of the data provided. Proyecto Colectivo reserves the right to exclude from its registered services any User who has provided false data, without prejudice to any other legal action.
Data retention
The protection of Users' privacy and personal data is very important to Proyecto Colectivo. Therefore, Proyecto Colectivo makes every effort to prevent User data from being misused. Only authorized personnel have access to User data.
Proyecto Colectivo will retain users' personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, as long as the user does not revoke their wish to unsubscribe from Proyecto Colectivo services.
Subsequently, if necessary, Proyecto Colectivo will keep the information blocked for the legally established periods.
Rights

The communication addressed to the Collective Project must contain the following information:
User's full name; photocopy of their national identity card, passport, or other valid identification document; and
Petition in which the request is specified.
Under certain circumstances, Users may request that the processing of their data be restricted, in which case it will only be retained for the purpose of filing or defending legal claims.
Users may withdraw their consent for the use of their data for the purpose of sending newsletters or commercial information at any time.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, Users shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in the Member State in which they have their habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement, if they consider that the processing of their personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, as well as if they are not satisfied with the exercise of their rights. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged will inform the complainant about the progress and outcome of the complaint.

Proyecto Colectivo mantiene los niveles de seguridad de protección de datos personales conforme a la normativa aplicable y ha establecido todos los medios técnicos a su alcance para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado y robo de los datos que el Interesado facilite a través del Sitio Web, sin perjuicio de informarle de que las medidas de seguridad en Internet no son inexpugnables.
Proyecto Colectivo se compromete a cumplir con el deber de secreto y confidencialidad respecto de los datos personales contenidos en el fichero automatizado de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable.
